Your Motherhood Journey: Full Continuity & Home Birth - £9,000
Experience the gold standard of continuity with bespoke antenatal, home birth, and postnatal care. My care is designed to provide your full clinical support, meaning you do not need to access NHS midwifery services unless you choose to. From your first appointment through to your baby’s birth, you receive unhurried, private expert support in your own home.
To protect the deep relationship magic and safety of this care, I carry a caseload of a small handful of families per calendar year so that my time and energy remain completely dedicated to you.
During your pregnancy
First appointment: A two-hour booking visit in your home to take a full medical history and plan your care.
Regular visits: Monthly home visits until 28 weeks. From 28 weeks, we meet every two weeks until 36 weeks, and then weekly until your baby arrives.
Birth preparation: Around 36 weeks, we do an extended two-hour session to go through your birth plans, talk about labor, pack your bags, and prepare for birth at home.
Between visits: You have direct contact with me via phone and WhatsApp for questions and support.
The Birth
On-call: I am on call for you 24/7 from 37 weeks until 42+ weeks of pregnancy.
Labour and birth: Continuous clinical care and support for your home birth.
Hospital support: If we need to transfer into the hospital, I stay with you to provide continuous support and advocacy.
After your baby is born
Four weeks of postnatal care: Regular visits in your home over the first month to check on you and your baby.
Feeding support: Full breastfeeding support is built into all of our postnatal visits.
Tongue-tie care: A full tongue-tie consultation and division (if needed) are completely included in your package, with no extra fees.
Baby checks: Full Newborn Infant Physical Examination (NIPE) at home, regular baby weighing, and the Day 5 Newborn Blood Spot screening.

How to use it: You can use this as a complete standalone service, or alongside your routine NHS appointments.
Insurance: All care includes full clinical indemnity insurance.

CQC-registered clinical care and lactation support by Anika Riesen, RM. Holistic home consultations in North and East London and Greater London.
Expert Clinical Evaluation
A thorough consultation of your baby’s oral anatomy & function and feeding history. I observe a full feed to identify the root cause of any challenges. We focus on oral exercises and bodywork to support feeding improvement.
Safe, Precise Division
If a restriction is identified, a frenulotomy (tongue-tie division) can be performed during the same visit or subsequent visit if needed. This minor surgical procedure is quick, precise, and CQC-registered for your peace of mind.
Hands-On Support
Includes immediate post-procedure feeding support, gentle oral exercises, and a bespoke feeding plan. Every family receives unlimited text/email follow-up and a complimentary 4-week re-assessment if needed. Additional follow-up for feeding support is £60.
